Please agree on a new date/time with your student in GoChat, then reschedule the corresponding lesson in the WebApp by clicking on the clock symbol next to it. You can reschedule lessons up to 10 minutes before their start. Check whether the transfer was made correctly!
Example
If your lesson starts at 1 p.m., you have to reschedule by 12:50 p.m. at the latest.
Your reschedules are tracked in the system, so please use this function responsibly and try to avoid changing appointments.
